Welcome to The Ball Exchange. My goal is to match basketball programs in Northern New Jersey that have extra basketball equipment, with those who may be in need of it. This equipment includes balls, pennies, cones and similar supplies.
I have been involved in organized basketball for 8 years. This includes AAU teams such as the Monarchs, Starting Five, and Clifton Boys and Girls Clubs. During that time I have been fortunate enough to be provided with sufficient basketball supplies. In ninth grade, as I became more aware of my surroundings, I began to realize that some of the teams that we played were not as fortunate in terms of equipment as I was. We typically had more than enough balls and equipment, while others lacked them. Therefore, in the summer of 2013, I began this organization to help match basketball programs with extra equipment to those who are in need of it.
